Part of a small team building a ticketing system designed to simplify day-to-day reactive operations for property managers.

• Helped expand the ticketing MVP into a proper help desk platform by building features like physical mail integration and AI tools that made daily work easier for real estate agents
• Improved the codebase through refactoring, migrated parts of the system from GraphQL to tRPC for better developer experience as it better fit the team's needs, and cleaned up legacy database structures
• Visited customers on-site around Germany to understand their problems firsthand, suggest better workflows, and maintain a tight feedback loop for quick bug fixes and iterations

The tech stack includes TypeScript, GraphQL, NestJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
